退款政策 Refund Policy

本政策適用於 Twin Bridge Advisory L.L.C-FZ（License No. 2652078.01）提供之顧問服務。正式委任以雙方簽署之委任協議為準；本頁為一般性說明。

一、深度諮詢（USD 299）

諮詢完成後不予退款；諮詢費可於付款日起 90 日內全額折抵任一服務方案。

二、服務方案（Foundation Lite／Foundation／Golden Landing／Signature）

1. 啟動前：於任何送件或第三方委任開始前取消者，退還服務費並扣除 20% 行政費用。
2. 啟動後：送件或第三方委任開始後，服務費不予退還。
3. 代墊規費：未動用之政府與第三方代墊款，依收據核銷後全額退還；已繳付予政府或第三方之費用（規費、體檢、保險等）依各該機構規定，通常不可退還。

三、審核結果

簽證核准、銀行開戶與執照核發由主管機關與金融機構決定。若申請未獲核准，已執行工作之服務費不予退還；本公司將協助評估替代路徑。

四、合規終止

如因資訊不實、資金無法合理文件化或涉及不法目的而由本公司終止服務，已執行工作之費用不予退還。

五、退款方式

退款申請請來信 hello@twinbridgeadvisory.com，經確認後於 14 個工作日內以原付款方式退回；跨境匯款手續費由退款金額中扣除。

Consultation fees (USD 299) are non-refundable after the session but fully creditable toward any package within 90 days. Package service fees are refundable less a 20% administration charge before any filing or third-party engagement begins, and non-refundable after commencement. Unspent government/third-party deposits are reconciled against receipts and returned; fees already paid to authorities or providers follow those institutions’ rules and are generally non-refundable. Approval decisions rest solely with the authorities and banks; fees for work performed are not refunded upon rejection, and we will assess alternative routes. Refund requests: hello@twinbridgeadvisory.com, processed within 14 business days to the original payment method, net of transfer costs.
